In this multifaceted task area you report directly to the Head of Sales and Processing, responsible with your team for the sale of complex customized plant in Europe, Russia, Africa and the Middle East. You work out and implement the sales strategy entrepreneurially, thereby promoting innova-tion by identifying opportunities that open up new markets and applications. You expand existing customer relationships and intensify both customer acquisition and key account management. You are proactively goal-driven and results-oriented in an international environment, and apply your sales negotiation skills accordingly. Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of compounding technology, you communicate on an equal footing with our customers and partners. You assume responsibility, and take decisions by the shortest path for results-oriented action.
You have a degree or equivalent in engineering, several years of experience in compounding or plastics processing, and capital goods sales experience in an international environment. You are a leader type who with natural assertiveness and persuasiveness motivates the sales team to peak perfor-mance. You are accustomed to independent and goal-oriented working, and characterized by flexibility and reliability under heavy load. You like travelling (about 40% travel time) and have excellent communication and language skills (negotiation fluency in English and another European language, preferably German, is required plus any other language if possible).
